Reducing Member Complaints With A Simple UI Fix

When working within a large organization, it can feel impossible to solve day-to-day issues because they’re often tied up in the foundational systems that keep it running. But by listening to the people these issues affect and understanding how they work together, we can sometimes find the solution in fixing a simple miscommunication.

About the design process

The design process is at the foundation of all of my work, no matter what the end product looks like.It’s a way of thinking about problems as a whole, with consideration for the people and systems surrounding them. It involves building relationships with people, looking at things from different perspectives, and allowing yourself to question what is possible. To me, the practice of design is a commitment to creating things that truly address the needs of people.
